If the Solicitor to whom we pass your query to is unable to provide advice on your enquiry, they will inform you of this and if you wish they may provide your information to the appropriate body or another Solicitor who may be able to assist you further. Our Panel Solicitors will inform you that they are passing your details onto another body or Solicitor before doing so.
